I'm not making any promises yet!, but I'm hoping that I will be able to find more time to keep up with at least weekly vlogs, and blogs! The last few are just photos because I wanted to get them all updated to NOW. BUT! since this is the end of the week- I can post what little things we did :)
Generally, I'm probably going to do the weeks Saturday-Friday, just a heads up :)
Saturday was my and Reiner's baby shower! Thank you to everyone to gave us lovely things for \Reiner! We are so so grateful :) and had such a fun time! My sister did the majority of planning and threw the shower with my momma :)... and they had some help with a friend or two from church! It was so nice seeing everyone there!
Sundays are usually lazy days for the most part. It takes a lot longer to pack up a baby for early morning church services, so we mainly stream them from iTunes (the meeting house). We have managed to make it out to one service, and the second one had a poo explosion and we were super late. But this week we just watched on our laptop in bed. Usually after Jared leaves for band practice, I either give little man a bath, or take him into the shower (which is actually a lot less work than putting him in his own tub at the moment).
This Monday was quite awesome! Tiffany (my sister) and I got to catch up with a teacher that our brother had in elementary school. She's a super special lady! She has such a kind heart, and is simply lovely to spend an afternoon with. She got to meet Reiner, and she told us alllll about her sweet little grandkids- and showed us photos of them! They're so cute! Mrs. B. is such a special lady, and I was so glad that we got to reconnect :)
Every week I look forward to Wednesdays! Reiner and I always meet up with Auburn and her little guy, Otis. We usually meet up a William's and get coffee... and chat the afternoon away :) We're starting to be regulars, and the ladies that work there love to see the babies! I'm usually bad and get chocolate cake ;) It's so delicious!
Friday was Jared's Grandpa's birthday :) We all went out to the Mandarine for supper- it was soooo delicious! I always eat a TON of crab legs lol. I had two plates of real food, and a big plate of dessert- ever since I was pregnant, I've developed such a sweet tooth!
